St. Petersburg voters will decide in November whether to approve a new property tax to fund $600 million in bonds for urgent upgrades to the city's water, stormwater, and sewage systems. The City Council unanimously approved the ballot language, with property owners expected to pay about $96 per $100,000 of taxable property value.
